Privacy Policy

Your privacy and security are very important to us. This policy outlines how we collect and use information about you when using our services, including our platform and website. If you are one of our customers, please read this policy alongside our terms of service.

1. Who are we?

We are Rezero Consulting Ltd, operating the NotifiedBy website and email service. When collecting information from our customers or website visitors, we act as a "data controller" under European Union data protection laws, which means we are responsible for how we manage and use your personal data.

2. How do we collect your data?

We gather information when you complete a signup or contact form on our website, or when you email us. Your personal data may also come from third parties if you express interest in our services through them.

We collect information through automated methods. When you visit our site, view advertisements on third-party websites, or read our marketing newsletters, we automatically gather information using cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies. These small files help us save your login session, remember preferences, track website usage, and measure audience metrics. For more details on cookies, please refer to our cookies notice.

3. What data do we collect?

We collect two categories of information: personal data and non-personal data.

Personal data:

This refers to information that identifies you, including details you provide when registering for the platform (such as name, company name, email address, postal address, contact information, associated domain name, and credit card information). Your login credentials also fall under this category, along with any communication shared with our support team.

In the context of our services (like creating and sending emails), we have access to the email subject lines, content, and contacts you send through our services. Please ensure that the data you provide is not sensitive, such as government identifiers, full credit card or bank details, or personal medical records.

Non-personal data:

This information does not allow us to identify you. It is primarily collected through your use of our services after registering on our website. Non-personal data may include modified versions of potentially identifiable information.

4. How do we use your data?

As a visitor, we utilize your personal and non-personal data to interact with you and support live chat on our website.

For our customers, the information collected serves to provide our services. We use your data for:

  • Creating and maintaining your platform account and controlling access.
  • Facilitating services, including user and email verifications.
  • Providing real-time usage logs of the platform.

Your non-personal data may be used to enhance services through web analytics or troubleshooting, and we may use aggregated data to promote our services.

5. What are our purposes and legal basis for collecting your personal data?

We collect personal data to perform our contractual obligations or if you have taken steps to enter into a contract with us (e.g., filling out a contact form or signing up for an account). Personal data may also be collected based on your consent or under legitimate interests (such as fostering our relationship or conducting credit checks).

6. With whom do we share personal data?

We do not share your personal data with third parties except in limited circumstances, as described in this policy or in applicable agreements. When necessary, we will only share data as needed to provide our services and ensure that data protection requirements are in place.

7. For how long do we retain your personal data?

We retain personal data only as long as necessary to provide services, unless otherwise required by law. You may delete your account at any time from the Account Settings section of our Dashboard, which will remove your personal data from our records within 90 days. We may keep backup copies for legal retention purposes or legitimate business operations.

8. How do we transfer your data?
